How it works

  1. 01Pick

The customer chooses a product and its options: size, stock, finish.

  2. 02Design

They start from a template or upload artwork, and edit it on the real dieline while the 3D model updates.

  3. 03Pay

They see the live price, pay online or ask for a quote. The design is pinned to the order.

The problems it solves

Challenge 01

Files that cannot be printed

Today

Customers upload low-resolution, RGB files with no bleed, and you find out at the press.

With PrintOS

Every upload is checked on arrival for resolution at the ordered size, colour, bleed, safe zone and fonts. Each file is marked Print-ready, Not print-ready or Cannot use.

Challenge 02

The wrong version gets printed

Today

Designs change by email and WhatsApp, and nobody is sure which file is final.

With PrintOS

Each design gets a numbered Design Card. Every change is a new version, an approved version is locked, and the order prints exactly that version.

Challenge 03

Web orders sit in an inbox

Today

Online orders are re-typed into the shop system, then sent to a branch by phone.

With PrintOS

Paid web orders appear on the Online Orders screen, already priced, and are routed to a branch for production or pickup.

A design you can trust

No job starts on the press until its design is approved, and the job sheet records which version was printed. Approve it and watch the job unlock.
